Booking & Ordering Basics

Reserve durable, reusable moving totes to make your move easier and more organized. Our totes are sturdy, stackable, and eco-friendly—perfect for packing everything from clothes and books to kitchenware and electronics. Simply choose the number of totes you need, the rental period, and your preferred delivery and pickup dates. 

You can place an order for moving totes directly through our website by selecting the tote package that best fits your needs and adding it to your cart. Once you’ve chosen your package, proceed to checkout to schedule your delivery and pickup dates. If you need help deciding how many totes to order or have special requests, our team is happy to assist—just reach out via phone or email.

Yes, you can absolutely order additional totes if you find you need more after your initial delivery. Simply contact us or place another order online, and we’ll schedule a convenient time to drop off the extra totes. Adding more totes won’t affect your existing rental period, and you’ll only be charged for the additional totes you order.

You can book your moving tote rental as far in advance as you’d like, and we recommend reserving early to secure your preferred delivery date. Many customers book 2–4 weeks ahead of their move, but we’re also happy to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows. The sooner you schedule, the more flexibility you’ll have with delivery and pickup times.

The number of totes you’ll need depends on the size of your home and how many belongings you plan to pack. As a general guideline, studio and one-bedroom apartments usually need around 20–30 totes, while larger homes may require 50 or more. To make it easier, we offer recommended packages based on home size, but you can always add more totes if needed. If you’re unsure, our team is happy to help you estimate the right amount for your move.

 
 

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details, including your rental package, delivery date, and pickup date. We’ll also send reminders as your delivery and pickup days approach, so you know exactly when to expect us. Delivery & Pickup Process

We’ll drop them off at your location and collect them once you’re done—no need to worry about buying or disposing of cardboard boxes.

Delivery and pickup are available for an extra fee.

We deliver to Burnaby, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Richmond, Vancouver, Surrey and North Vancouver.

Yes, we do deliver to apartments, offices, or storage units.

This depends on the schedule you had set up. We usually delivery M-F between 7pm-9pm and weekends 7am-9pm.

Great! Once your tote rental is booked, all you need to do is prepare for delivery on your scheduled date. Our team will drop off the totes at your doorstep, and you can start packing right away. When your move is complete, simply have the totes ready for pickup on the agreed date—we’ll handle the rest. If you need to adjust your schedule or add more totes, just reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

Rental Period & Extensions

We have a very flexible rental period and extensions. Just let us know, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Our standard rental period is designed to give you plenty of time to pack, move, and unpack comfortably. If you find that you need more time, extensions are easy to arrange—just let us know before your pickup date

Packing, Load Limits & Tote Features

Each tote is designed to be sturdy, lightweight, and easy to carry, making packing simple and efficient. We recommend not exceeding 40–50 lbs per tote to ensure safe lifting and transport.

 The totes come with attached lids that snap shut securely, so there’s no need for tape or extra packing materials. Their uniform size makes them easy to stack, saving space during your move.
